This hands-on sourdough class covers the basics of fermentation, shaping, and baking so you can confidently make beautiful, flavorful loaves at home.

Class will last approximately 3 hours. Participants will leave with lots of fresh baked bread and recipes. Class begins at 5PM at Hopewell Bake Exchange at 719 Main Street, Paris, KY 40361.
