Class Reservation - spots are limited for this hands-on experience. Receipt guarantees you a place in class.

December 13th 5pm - 8pm

Come learn about poolishes, baking soda baths, kneading, proofing, and shaping, with a little Jewish and German history of the breads.

Class will last approximately hours. Participants will leave with a big box full of fresh baked bread and recipes. Class begins at 5PM at Hopewell Bake Exchange at 719 Main Street, Paris, KY 40361.
